| So it's been what? 3 months since I posted last? Or close? Who knows... But it's been about that long since I've even signed on here so that's why. I've been pretty busy lately with school and friends and football season and many other things. First 9 weeks is OVER which is excited! Because that means that I'm halfway through Biology! lol I have no started liking it yet, anyone that ever speaks to me, or hears me in the halls knows that for a fact! lol I've kept my grade at a mid B the whole time so far though, which is good, but not as good as I'd like. Mythology is okay I guess, not the most fun class but it's relatively easy so who cares. U.S. History is going great. We just finished up WW 1 already (Chapter 19) and the other classes are on like, 8 or 9. lol Health Occupations 2 is AWESOME. I love that class! We are doing all of the anatomy stuff and she said it would be hard but I think it's pretty darn easy so far. lol Hmmm other than that, I've just been hanging out, talking to friends, stuff like that. Don't be expecting another update for a while, I don't know how busy I'm going to be and if I can talk myself into signing on and writing an update... Not like anybody ever reads it anyway.. | | |
| Wow, so I've been very very busy... I got Team Sports changed to Mythology which isn't exactly very fun but it's better than before. lol The rest of my classes are decent I guess... tough but it's okay. Biology isn't fun yet but I'm sure it will get there soon. I've already had a test and a quiz or two in there. hah Mythology is going as well as it can I guess. lol Honors US History is okay I guess. We've already taken TWO tests, which doesn't seem like a big deal except for the fact that each test is over 2 chapters. We're starting chapter 6 on Monday. We had a Movie Review due Friday. We had to watch a movie from her list (I watched Black Hawk Down) and then come to class and write 2-4 pages on it. hah I wound up getting 2 1/2 for it. We've got some crap due Monday too... we have to know some sentence in the Decloration of Independence. Some "we hold these truths to be self evident...." thing. haha Health Occupations 2 is going very good. My favorite class. lol It's a lot of fun. We've been doing temperatures and blood pressures lately. Hmmm other than that, I haven't had very much to do lately. Just a lot of studying and stuff. Fun fun fun..... | | |
| So today was the first day back to school which was both good and bad. I had biology first block which I thought was going to be an okay class... turns out I hate it. hah I don't know but like two people and I'm not really close to them so we don't talk. I'm sure we will but it just stinks I don't have my really good friends in there. I absolutely hated Team Sports. I'm looking into changing it to Early Childhood Development, which has at least ONE person I know in there that won't ditch me! U.S. History is okay... it's going to be tough. We went through an entire chapter today. lol I'm sure we'll go deeper into it more but it kind of freaked me out. lol Health Oc. II is going to be a pretty nice class. It's going to be kind of difficult but it should be fun. That's about it for now. I'm in a really crappy mood so hopefully it will all be better. | | |
| So I've been full of boredom... awaiting the beginning of my Sophomore year. Wednesday was like any other Wednesday. Full of washing laundry, more boredom, and youth group. Thursday was also a typical Thursday. Band practice was good. I got a short lesson on the drums. I'm hopefully going to move from Bongos to the drum set in a month or so. Friday was pretty good too. We went up to Chattanooga to eat at Big River Grille. That was good, as always. We were going to go see Talladega Nights across from Big River Grille but we had missed it by about 30 minutes. So then we went to the mall, that was fun. I got some jeans and whatnot. Saturday morning, I woke up and couldn't move my neck. lol Turns out I had a pinched nerve or something from sleep wrong. It hurt like crazy all day and I couldn't move my head much until later that afternoon. We went out to eat that night also. We went to the mall again and that was neat. Hmmmm Sunday was also pretty good. I decided against going to play Ultimate Frisbee with some friends. I just sat at home instead. lol Monday was boring. Didn't really do anything. Nothing I remember anyway. Today was also pretty boring. Tomorrow should be fun. Last day of Summer Vacation!!! lol I'm kinda happy about school but at the same time, it's going to suck having to get up at 6 or 6:30 every morning. lol Ooh well. By the way, my classes for first semester are:Biology-Bryson, Team Sports-Almon, Honors U.S. History-Brown, Health Oc. 2-Langston. | I've been busy with a whole lot of nothing lately. I didn't really do anything Friday night. Saturday was pretty good. We went to a funeral home for some friends from church's dad. Then we went out to eat and went and played poker with some people from church. I didn't do too well much of the time but there were a few hands that I did really good on. lol Sunday was good also. Church was nice. The music wasn't the greatest, not necessarily because of the instruments but the two people doing the sound had never really done it before and it was confusing. We played Ultimate Frisbee after church, like always. I got home from that and had to jump in the shower. I got completely ready in 15 minutes (shower, including washing my hair, get dressed, do my hair, makeup, all that...) which I thought was pretty darn good considering any other time when I wasn't rushed I can take an hour to do all that same stuff. heh Lord's Supper was good. Monday, I started babysitting Levi, a kid from church. He's the coolest. lol So we got him at about 8 am and his mom came to get him at about 5. That was pretty fun. The same thing today. I haven't really done anything more than that... Youth group is tomorrow and it should be fun... I'm dying to play some volleyball so hopefully, we can stay after for a while and play a little. School starts back next Thursday. Part of me can't wait and the other part does NOT want to go back. lol I haven't really talked much to anybody except Ryan these past few days... nobody's really been on, or calling me and I rarely call someone, unless they tell me to, I missed their call, or I really really have something super important to talk to them about. lol I've been so bored... I need stuff to do during the day. It feels like a whole lot later than 8:15 so I don't know what I'm going to do the rest of the night... who knows... who cares.... Wow this one was pretty long. Ooh and p.s. I'm in love with The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus. You'll be seeing a lot of their cd on my posts the next little while... I might even begin to incorporate some of their lyrics into random blog posts... hmm... Byebye for now.  | | |
